Inspired Technology

Our Process

We apply  From Concept to Series Production

SILK SCREEN PRINTING

Silkscreen printing begins by segregating a multi-coloured design into several single coloured individual designs. Each design is then etched onto a production screen that will allow specially formulated ink to pass through onto the garment, pvc sheet, polyester, aluminium plate or etc.

3DG EMBLEM

3D Graphic Emblem represents a new and revolutionary technology that allows you to make 3 dimensional labels, emblems and logo. The enormous and unrivalled production capacity makes the system ideal for highlighting brand names in a variety of industrial sectors : Automotive, Motorcycle, Apparel, household appliances and machinery in general.

PLASTIC INJECTION

Injection molding is the most commonly used manufacturing process for the fabrication of plastic parts. The plastic is melted in the injection molding machine and then injected into the mold, where it cools and solidifies into the final part.

PU COATING / 3D DOMING

A polyurethane coating is a polyurethane layer applied to the surface of a substrate for the purpose of protecting it. These coatings help protect substrates from various types of defects such as corrosion, weathering, abrasion and other deteriorating processes.

STAMPING

Also called pressing — involves placing flat sheet metal, in either coil or blank form, into a stamping press. In the press, a tool and die surface form the metal into the desired shape. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all stamping techniques used to shape the metal.

DIE- CUT

A process whereby a die is used to cut through materials such as paper and card on a die press. The process allows you to make an identical cut into material numerous times. For each job, a die, which is a shaped blade, is custom made for the item being created.

CHROME PLATING

The chrome plating process is a method of applying a thin layer of chromium onto a substrate (plastic abs, metal and alloy) through an electroplating procedure. In simple terms, electroplating is achieved by passing an electric current between two electrodes which are immersed in an electrolyte bath comprising of chromic acid.

PRINT & CUT

Its for indoor and outdoor printing for normal label up to body decals for motorcycle and car. The printing will derive from the design in the computer.

PLOTTER CUTTING

Cutting plotters use knives to cut into a piece of material (such as paper, polyester, or vinyl film) that is lying on the flat surface area of the plotter. The cutting plotter is connected to a computer, which is equipped with cutting design or drawing computer software programs.
